Tom Hutchinson

Thomas S. Hutchinson is an American politician, business owner, and triathlete serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 37B since 2023. A graduate of Dickinson College and Loyola University Maryland, he previously led the Cambridge Main Street organization and operates a home improvement company. In the legislature, Hutchinson serves on the Health and Government Operations Committee, where he has focused on juvenile justice reform, healthcare accessibility, and opposition to state-level gun control measures.
