Tomasz Rzepa is a Polish local government official who has served as the Mayor of Knurów since 2024. Before his election as mayor, he spent nearly 30 years working at the Knurów-Szczygłowice coal mine as a senior mining technology inspector and served as a social curator for families and juveniles at the District Court in Gliwice. A long-time member of the Knurów City Council, he served as its chairman starting in 2014. He was elected mayor in 2024 as the candidate for the Wspólnie dla Knurowa committee.
