Tonkei Rebecca Noonaishi is a Kenyan politician and Member of the National Assembly representing Narok under the United Democratic Alliance party. Prior to her political career, she worked extensively in public service and education, serving as Deputy Director for Peace Building and Conflict Management in the Office of the Deputy President, a research officer and human resource development officer with the Parliamentary Service Commission, and various roles within the Teachers Service Commission including head teacher. She holds a Master of Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Nairobi.
