Anthony Christian Wied is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Wisconsin's 8th congressional district since November 2024. Before entering politics, he was a businessman who owned the Dino Stop gas station and convenience store chain until 2022. A graduate of St. Norbert College, Wied was elected to Congress in a special election to succeed Mike Gallagher. He is a member of the Republican Study Committee and the Congressional Western Caucus, and he has expressed support for legislation such as the American Relief Act of 2025.
