Torsten Arndt is a German politician representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Born in 1962 in Berlin-Buch, he trained as a plasterer and land surveyor before working as a construction manager and later establishing his own business in the construction industry in 1992. Arndt entered politics through local government, serving as the district chairman of the AfD in Ostprignitz-Ruppin from 2018 to 2024 and holding seats in the district council and the Wittstock/Dosse city assembly. In 2024, he was elected to the Landtag of Brandenburg via a direct mandate in the Prignitz II/Ostprignitz-Ruppin II constituency.
