水野透

Toru Mizuno is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Fukushima Prefectural Assembly, representing the Sukagawa City and Iwase District constituency. First elected to the assembly, he is now serving his second term. In his professional life, he works as a certified administrative procedures legal specialist (gyoseishoshi). Within the assembly, he is active in the Welfare and Public Safety Committee and participates in the review of policy activity expenses. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party.
