Tracy Muggli is a Canadian politician, hospital administrator, and registered social worker who has served as a member of the Senate of Canada since her appointment in August 2024. Prior to her legislative career, she held significant leadership roles in the healthcare sector, including serving as the executive director of St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon and as the director of mental health and addiction services for the Saskatoon Health Region. Muggli also contributed to academia as an instructor at the University of Regina's Faculty of Social Work. Before joining the Senate, she was a candidate for the Liberal Party of Canada in the federal ridings of Saskatoon—Grasswood during the 2015 and 2019 elections.
