Trish Ladner is an American politician currently serving as a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing the 30th district. She was elected in November 2020 and assumed office on January 12, 2021. In addition to her legislative duties, she serves as a member of the South Dakota Executive Board. Ladner has been an outspoken advocate on educational policy, notably authoring op-eds in the Rapid City Journal to express her opposition to critical race theory and her commitment to banning its instruction within South Dakota schools.
