Tsovinar Vardanyan is an Armenian economist and politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Armenia. Born in Yerevan in 1980, she holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in economics from Yerevan State University. Before entering politics, she worked at the Central Bank of Armenia and held various executive leadership roles in the private financial sector. First elected to parliament in 2018, she is recognized for her legislative work, including her role as a leading advocate for the introduction of paternal leave in Armenia.
