古谷田力

Tsutomu Koyata is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Yamato City in Kanagawa Prefecture. Born in 1968, he began his career working for the local agricultural cooperative and later operated a restaurant bar. He entered politics in 2011, serving three terms as a member of the Yamato City Council before being elected mayor in 2023. His political philosophy is guided by the motto 'forgetting self for the benefit of others,' and he has focused his administration on grassroots engagement and municipal reform.
