Tuleshwar Hira Singh Markam is an Indian politician from Chhattisgarh and a member of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly representing the Pali Tanakhar constituency. He won his first term in the 2023 legislative assembly election as a candidate for the Gondwana Gantantra Party, succeeding his late father Hira Singh Markam who previously served as an MLA for the same seat. He completed his graduation in arts in 1998 and later earned an LLB in 2001 from Guru Ghasidas University in Bilaspur.
