Turan Taşkın Özer

Turan Taşkın Özer is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the 28th Parliament, representing Istanbul's 3rd electoral district. A member of the Republican People's Party (CHP) since 2010, he previously served as the CHP Beylikdüzü District President for three terms and worked as a legal advisor for the Beylikdüzü Municipality. He is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Özer is also active in various civil society organizations, including the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life and the Atatürkist Thought Association.
