Since February 2025, she has served as the Minister of Public Modernisation, Civil Service, Public Enterprises, Digitisation and Buildings Administration in the De Wever Government. Prior to her current ministerial role, she served as a member of the Belgian Senate from 2008 to 2014 and was subsequently elected to the Belgian Federal Parliament in 2014, where she represented her constituents for over a decade.
