Vasilică Potecă

Vasilică Potecă is a Romanian politician currently serving as a member of the Senate of Romania. First elected to the Senate in 2020 as a representative of the National Liberal Party (PNL), he later joined the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) in 2023 and was re-elected in 2024. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as the public administrator of Deva and as the prefect of Hunedoara County. In his current legislative role, he holds positions on several committees, including the Committee for Water, Forests, Fisheries and Hunting, and the Committee for Public Administration.
