Vezir Coşkun Parlak is a Turkish electronic engineer and politician currently serving as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the province of Hakkari. Born in 1989 in Çukurca, he later moved to Ankara before graduating with a degree in electronic engineering from Yüzüncü Yıl University. Parlak has been active in politics since 2008, holding leadership roles within the Peoples Democratic Party (HDP) and the Democratic Regions Party (DBP). He was elected to parliament in June 2023 representing the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party).
