Vica Bayley is an Australian politician serving as a member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly for the electorate of Clark since 2023. A former environmental activist who worked for The Wilderness Society and campaigned against the Mount Wellington cable car project, he joined the Greens in 2020. Since 2024, he has served as the Deputy Greens Leader in the Tasmanian Parliament. Bayley, who grew up on a sheep farm in Sorell, was re-elected to his seat in the 2025 Tasmanian state election.
