Waldo Fernández González is a Mexican politician and businessman currently serving as a Senator of the Republic for the state of Nuevo León. A law graduate from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, he has held various roles in public administration, including positions at the Attorney General's Office and the Citizen Security Council of Monterrey. Previously, he served as a federal deputy in the LXIII Legislature from 2015 to 2018. He was elected to the Senate in 2024 as part of the Sigamos Haciendo Historia coalition.
