William Lukuvi was a Tanzanian politician who served as a Member of Parliament for the Ismani constituency and held various cabinet positions, including Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlement Development until January 2022. He later served as an adviser to the President on political and social relations following his appointment in June 2023. He completed a Master of Arts in political science at the Open University of Tanzania before passing away in March 2026.
