William W. Spearman is an American politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing the 5th Legislative District since 2018. Born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, he is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an M.B.A. from Temple University. Before his tenure in the state legislature, Spearman served on the Camden City Council from 2006 to 2011 and worked for the South Jersey Transportation Authority. In the Assembly, he currently chairs the Law and Public Safety Committee and serves as vice-chair of the Agriculture and Food Security Committee.
