Wim Hillenaar

Wim Hillenaar is a Dutch politician and administrator currently serving as the Mayor of Maastricht since July 2023. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), he previously served as the Mayor of Cuijk and as acting Mayor of Land van Cuijk. Before his mayoral career, Hillenaar worked as a lawyer, organization consultant, and municipal councilor in Gouda. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Nijmegen and has extensive experience in public administration, security policy, and municipal governance.
