Wivine Moleka is a Congolese politician currently serving as the Vice-Minister of Hydrocarbons in the Suminwa government, a position she has held since May 2024. Previously a journalist for the Congolese National Radio and Television (RTNC), she began her political career with the People's Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD), serving as a national deputy for the Lukunga district in 2006 and 2011. After a period away from politics, she aligned with President Félix Tshisekedi in 2021 and was appointed to the Lukonde II government in 2023. She was re-elected as a national deputy for Lukunga in the 2023 legislative elections.
