Wycliffe Oparanya is a Kenyan politician serving as the Cabinet Secretary for Cooperatives and MSMEs. He previously served as the pioneer Governor of Kakamega County from 2013 to 2022 and held ministerial positions including Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 during the Kibaki administration. A member of the Orange Democratic Movement, he has also served as a Member of Parliament for Butere Constituency and as the deputy party leader.
