Абиль, Еркин Аманжолулы

Yerkin Abil is a Kazakhstani politician, historian, and academic who has served as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since March 2023. A Doctor of Historical Sciences and professor, he previously held significant academic leadership roles, including serving as the rector of the U. Umirzak Sultangazin Kostanay State Pedagogical University and as the director of the Institute of State History. He is a member of the Committee on Finance and Budget and has authored numerous academic works, including monographs and textbooks. He is a recipient of the Kurmet Order for his contributions to the country.
