関口芳史

Yoshifumi Sekiguchi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Tokamachi City in Niigata Prefecture. Born in 1959, he graduated from the University of Tokyo and began his professional career at Nomura Securities, where he worked in both Japan and the United Kingdom. After leaving the private sector, he transitioned into local government, serving as an assistant mayor in Tokamachi and later as a revenue officer in Sanjo City. He was first elected Mayor of Tokamachi in 2009 and has since secured five consecutive terms, focusing on local administration and regional development.
