Yoshihiko Kitsukawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ayase in Kanagawa Prefecture. Born in 1970, he graduated from Kokushikan University and previously worked as a systems engineer and in his family's real estate business. Before his election as mayor in 2024, he served four terms as a member of the Ayase City Council, where he held various leadership roles including City Council Chairman and Vice Chairman. He was elected mayor with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito.
