Zöe Franklin

Zöe Franklin is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Guildford since 2024. Before entering national politics, she worked in the creative and educational publishing sectors and served as a councillor for Guildford Borough from 2008 to 2015. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she serves on the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee and acts as the Liberal Democrat frontbench spokeswoman for Local Government. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey and the University of Southampton.
