Abdullah Nasser bin Khalifa al-Harrasi

Abdullah Nasser bin Khalifa al-Harrasi is an Omani politician and academic currently serving as the Minister of Information for the Sultanate of Oman, a position he has held since August 2020. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as the Chairman of the Public Authority for Radio and Television from 2011 to 2020. An accomplished scholar, he holds a PhD in translation studies from Aston University and previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Sultan Qaboos University. He remains active in the field of translation, with a focus on Omani travel literature.
