Adil Karimli is an Azerbaijani politician who serves as the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Born in Baku in 1979, he studied law at Baku State University, earning a PhD in Law, and later built an extensive career in legal consulting, media management, and cultural administration, including serving as First Deputy Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center before assuming his ministerial office in 2023.
