Agnes Ameede

Agnes Ameede is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Butebo District. Born in Pallisa District in 1970, she previously worked as a senior immigration officer for the Ugandan government and served as an immigration advisor for the United Nations in Liberia. She first entered the Ugandan Parliament in 2016 representing Pallisa District and was re-elected in 2026 to represent Butebo District. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has served on committees including the Committee on Commissions, State Authorities and State Enterprises.
