Alfonso Fernández Mañueco

Alfonso Fernández Mañueco is a Spanish politician serving as the President of the Junta of Castile and León since 2019. A member of the People's Party, he has held various regional and local offices, including serving as the mayor of Salamanca from 2011 to 2018 and as a member of the Cortes of Castile and León. He previously held positions in the regional government as a minister of Presidency, Interior, and Justice. Mañueco is a law graduate from the University of Salamanca and has been active in politics since the 1980s.
