Alice Macdonald

Alice Macdonald is a British Labour and Co-operative Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Norwich North since 2024. Before entering national politics, she served as a councillor in the Newington ward of Southwark from 2018 to 2023 and worked as a senior adviser to Harriet Harman and Bob Ainsworth. Her professional background includes significant experience in charity campaigning, notably as the Campaigns and Policy Director for Project Everyone and as Campaign Director for the Hungry for Action campaign. Macdonald holds degrees from the University of Bristol and SOAS University of London.
