Andrew Dudley Roe, Baron Roe of West Wickham, is a British peer and former public servant. Born in 1974, he served as an officer in the British Army before joining the London Fire Brigade in 2002. He rose to become the Commissioner of the London Fire Brigade, where he gained recognition for his leadership during the Grenfell Tower fire and his efforts to reform fire safety protocols. Following his resignation from the fire service in 2025, he was appointed as the non-executive chair of a shadow board for the Building Safety Regulator and was subsequently created a life peer in 2026.
