Arvind Bellad is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly for the Hubli-Dharwad West constituency since 2013. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has also served as the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly since 2023. An engineer by training, Bellad is noted for his initiatives in education, including the introduction of preschool programs in government schools, and his advocacy for the establishment of an Indian Institute of Technology in Dharwad.
