Bilarab bin Haitham

Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said is an Omani royal and government official currently serving as the Minister of State and Governor of Muscat. Born in 1995 to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, he is second in line to the Omani throne. An alumnus of the University of the Arts London with a degree in spatial design, he has been active in promoting innovation and architecture, notably launching the Bilarab Bin Haitham Award for Architectural Design and presiding over the Omani Promising Startups Programme.
