Binky April Tupas

Binky April Tupas is a Filipino architect and politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Elected in 2025 to represent Iloilo's 5th congressional district, she holds the distinction of being the first woman to serve in this position. She succeeded her husband, Raul Tupas, in the role after winning the congressional race. Her professional background includes a career as an architect prior to her entry into national politics.
