Chang Hung-lu

Chang Hung-lu is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as a member of the Legislative Yuan. Born in Taichung, he holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Soochow University and a master's degree in education from the National Taipei University of Education. A long-time ally of Su Tseng-chang, Chang previously led the Taipei County Bureau of Civil Affairs and served on the New Taipei City Council. He was first elected to the Legislative Yuan in 2016 representing the Banqiao District and has since retained his seat, actively advocating for Taiwan's international participation, including support for its bid to join the United Nations.
