Charles Ayume

Charles Ayume is a Ugandan politician and medical doctor currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Koboko Municipality in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement, he was elected in 2021, succeeding the political legacy of his father, Francis Ayume, who previously held the same seat. During his parliamentary tenure, he has served as the chairperson of the health committee, where he has advocated for improved conditions and salary increments for health workers in the country.
