Lukia Isanga Nakadama

Lukia Isanga Nakadama is a Ugandan politician, businesswoman, and educator currently serving as the Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister without Portfolio. She has been continuously elected as the Member of Parliament for the Mayuge District Women's Representative since 2001 and previously held the position of State Minister for Gender and Culture. Educated at Kyambogo University and the Islamic University in Uganda, she built an early career in teaching and private business before becoming a prominent figure in Ugandan national politics under the National Resistance Movement party.
