Charlie Dewhirst

Charlie Dewhirst is a British Conservative Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Bridlington and The Wolds since 2024. Before entering national politics, he held various roles in sports communications, including positions at UK Sport and the Rugby Football Union, and served as Chief Policy Adviser to the National Pig Association. He previously served as a councillor in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and as Deputy Leader of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. In Parliament, he acts as a Parliamentary Private Secretary and serves on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee.
