David Brooks

David Brooks is a British politician and a member of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP). He has served as a Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for Belfast East since his election in 2022. Prior to his current role, he served as a Belfast City Councillor for the Lisnasharragh district from 2019 to 2022. Within the DUP, he acts as the party's spokesperson for North–South relationships and has been vocal on local community issues, including condemning the placement of political messages on bonfires.
