David Kalwanga Lukyamuzi

David Kalwanga Lukyamuzi is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Busujju County in the 12th Parliament of Uganda. First elected to the seat in 2016, he has since secured re-election, most recently winning the 2026 general election on the National Unity Platform ticket. Previously a teacher, he gained national attention in 2017 for his vocal opposition to the removal of presidential age limits from the Ugandan Constitution. He remains a prominent legislative voice representing the interests of his constituency in Mityana District.
