David Karubanga is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kigorobya County in the 11th Parliament of Uganda, a term spanning from 2021 to 2026. He previously served as the State Minister of Public Service in the Ugandan Cabinet from 2016 to 2021, having been appointed to the position in June 2016. First elected to represent Kigorobya County in 2016, Karubanga has remained a significant political figure in the Hoima District throughout his parliamentary career.
