David Karubanga is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the representative for Kigorobya County Constituency in the 11th Parliament of Uganda (2021–2026). He previously served as the State Minister of Public Service in the Ugandan Cabinet from 2016 to 2021, having been appointed to the position in June 2016. First elected to his parliamentary seat in 2016, Karubanga continues to represent his constituency in the national legislature.
