David Quirós Brito is a Spanish politician serving as the Mayor of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat since June 2024. A member of the Socialists' Party of Catalonia (PSC), he previously served as a city councillor starting in 2016, where he held portfolios in culture and social innovation. Quirós holds a diploma in labour relations from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in public management from University Ramon Llull. In addition to his municipal duties, he is a member of the Provincial Deputation of Barcelona and a national secretary for the PSC.
