Dianne Primavera

Dianne Primavera is an American politician serving as the 50th Lieutenant Governor of Colorado since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 33rd district across multiple terms between 2007 and 2017. Throughout her career, Primavera has been a prominent advocate for health care reform, drawing on her personal experience as a four-time cancer survivor. Her legislative work has focused on improving patient safety, expanding access to cancer screenings and vaccinations, and supporting vocational rehabilitation services. She was elected alongside Governor Jared Polis in 2018 and secured re-election in 2022.
