Esther Mbulakubuza Mbayo is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the Luuka District Women's Representative. Born in 1971, she previously served as the Minister of the Presidency in the Ugandan Cabinet from 2016 to 2021. Before entering national politics, she held various accounting and financial roles in the private sector, including positions at Transocean Uganda Limited and Cooper Motor Corporation Uganda. She is an active member of the National Resistance Movement, where she chairs the district Women's League.
