Fady Qaddoura is an American politician and academic serving as a member of the Indiana Senate for District 30. Born in Ramallah, he immigrated to the United States at age 18 and later became the first Arab Muslim lawmaker in Indiana's history following his election in 2020. Before entering politics, he held a distinguished career in public administration, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the city of Indianapolis, where he was recognized as CFO of the Year in 2018. He holds a PhD in philanthropy and public policy from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis and has extensive experience in scientific research and nonprofit management.
