Fatime Aldjine Garfa

Fatime Aldjine Garfa is a Chadian architect, diplomat, and politician currently serving as the Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs in the government of Allamaye Halina. She earned a degree in architecture from the École spéciale d'architecture in Paris in 2011 and initially pursued a career in architecture and urban planning. Prior to her current ministerial role, she served as the Deputy Secretary General of the government under Saleh Kebzabo starting in October 2022. She continues to represent Chad in diplomatic engagements.
