H. M. Dharmasena is a Sri Lankan politician and businessman currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Monaragala District. Born in 1955 in Okkampitiya, he previously served as a member of the Buttala Divisional Council and the Uva Provincial Council. He was first elected to the Parliament of Sri Lanka in 2020 as a candidate for the Samagi Jana Balawegaya alliance and successfully secured re-election in the 2024 parliamentary election.
