原田直樹

Naoki Harada is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the South Kanto proportional representation block. Born in Kamakura, Kanagawa, he holds an extensive academic background, having graduated from Waseda University and Peking University, and later earning a Master of Public Policy from the University of Tokyo and a Master of International Studies from Seoul University. Before his election to the Diet in 2026 as a candidate for the Centrist Reform Alliance, he worked at the Nomura Research Institute and served as a deputy director of the Komeito Youth Bureau. His political career is characterized by his focus on international relations and public policy, shaped by his participation in the Campus Asia program across Japan, China, and South Korea.
