石塚 隼人

Hayato Ishizuka is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Bando, Goka, and Sakai constituency. First elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022, he is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party. Before entering politics, he worked at Sakata Inx Corporation. His policy priorities include regional infrastructure development, such as the expansion of the Tsukuba-Noda line, the promotion of local agriculture, the enhancement of educational environments, and the strengthening of healthcare and social welfare services for the aging population.
